JOB PURPOSEFLSA: Exempt
Reports to: Director of Admissions
Start Date: Immediately

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Initial contact via phone, email or in person with prospective parents during inquiry stage and provides them with relevant information
- Supports Enrollment Managers in tracking and management of applicant files
- Supports Enrollment Managers in reviewing and processing applications for enrollment
- Coordinates and leads shadow days for prospective students
- Assists in screening sessions for applicants
- Leads student ambassador program and school tours
- Supports planning, organization and implementation of Admission events and activities
- Organizes tours and attends fairs as needed, representing the school and disseminating appropriate information to prospective parents and other interested parties
- Coordinate with PO on admissions events
- Keep active inventory of admissions materials and supplies
- Placement testing coordination with teachers and prospective students
- Maintains confidentiality regarding all applications and student records
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Enrollment Management
Skills and Qualifications:
- A college degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and common office software applications
- Ability to communicate well in person and in writing in English.
- Must possess high energy and attention to detail.
- Availability to work some weekends supporting recruitment and admissions events
- Fluency in Spanish, German, French or Chinese is a plus
